ACCESSIBILITY & MINDFULNESS

Asia Wolf is a YTT-200 hour Yoga Alliance-certified instructor whose focus is accessibility and mindfulness. She specializes in guided meditation and yoga classes designed to accommodate all fitness levels and students with physical considerations.

PHILOSOPHY

Asia invites you to take time for yourself, to be curious and constantly learning, to build resilience through physical and mental flexibility, and to be better than you were yesterday and not better than someone else.

Practice

with purpose

Each class is centered around a conceptual theme which joins a key posture with a mindful concept. Flows are designed to create a movement mantra, and each practice ends with a reflective guided meditation to make the experience more than a workout.
